La base de notre construction Biotech est constituée d’un corps en sandwich vertical bois : Balsa double densité et noyau Peuplier. Les rails et les extrémités sont protégés par des champs ABS.  Le centre de la planche est rigide et très réactif grâce à la haute densité des lattes de peuplier; la section extérieure au noyau faite de balsa permet de gagner du poids. Notre noyau bois est reconnu pour ses qualités au niveau réactivité et résistance, mais aussi en terme de douceur et de confort; grâce à la stratification triaxial, l’ensemble est nerveux, performant dans toutes les disciplines et robuste. Les planches bénéficiant de la construction Biotech sont garanties 2 ans.

The Dual Carbon Biotech construction offers an incredible combination of reduced weight with high durability in an intermediate flex board. The additional stiffness of the full Carbon fiber top and bottom layer allow us to reduce the core thickness and materials used, leading to a significant weight saving over a glass board. Both top and bottom decks feature a durable PPT top sheet layer to protect the laminate.

The ABS flip tip enhances ride comfort, specifically in choppier water, by preventing the nose of the board from pearling and directing spray from the nose forward and away from the rider.
