2012 Airush Varial X Photos and Review by Kiteworld Magazine

Issue 53# of Kiteworld just did several tests of the Airush kite range.  Check out the review for the 2012 Varial X and Lithium!

The goal of the Varial X, say Airush kite designer Mark Pattison, was to take the relaunching, depower and forward speed of the Varial and the unhooked, direct steering and highend of the Vapor X to create the Varial X.  ”The concept is called the SL-C design where we take attributes of a SLE (Supported Leading Edge) and characteristics from the C-Kite to provide an excellent performing kite. For anyone who is looking for  the unhooked, boosting and direct steering capabilities of a c-kite on the simple 4 line platform, than the Varial X is something that will get you excited.”
